So, what affordable legal documents do you need to get your business going? Well, there are various things depending on what business you choose. Eventually you need to formalize your business into an LLC.,  INC., CO., etc. Depending on what you are doing, you may need special licensing. You need a Business Plan if you want to get investors or if you want a business loan or grant.

Depending on your circumstances, you may also need other legal services, such as writing up terms and conditions, Invoices, contracts, etc. There are few companies that offer national help for most of these services.Please note that all of the services listed below are for businesses in the United States.
